1. Why can't I login?

You have most likely typed your username or password incorrectly. Remember, passwords are case-sensitive so be sure to check your CAPSLOCK key.

Perhaps you didn't activate your account. You should have received an e-mail when you registered with instructions on how to do this. Inactive accounts are disabled after 30 days (but data is not lost).

2. I've forgotten my login details. What do I do?

Make sure you haven't just typed your password incorrectly. Check your CAPSLOCK key and try again.
