Users will always maintain the sole copyright to their works, and may choose to discontinue using the service at any time with no penalty.

By registering as a user on Picli you are required to enter data. All data entered upon registration must be knowingly accurate and complete. Failure to do so may result in termination of your account. Picli reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a Picli account at its discretion. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

As a user of Picli you agree that you are responsible for the content (defined as - but not limited to: images, photographs, interactive media, videos, text and audio) that you upload to Picli.

You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them.

You agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material.

You agree not to use the site for any of the following purposes:

Picli reserves the right to terminate a user's account at its sole discretion without the need for warning or notice.

Picli makes no copyright claim on any of your images however you accept that by the nature of the medium, your property may be transmitted moved or copied to/between Picli servers, resized for display as thumbnails, etc.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

Payment for club and pro accounts:

Payment occurs on a pre-pay basis and payment will not be automatically renewed at the end of the term.

The amount you are to pay will depend upon which term of subscription you choose. For example, if you choose picli club, you will be charged for the one year price upfront.

If you do not elect to purchase a new upgrade once your first term has finished (one year), your account will automatically revert to a free account upon the expiration of your picli pro or picli club account.

Cancellation of Subscription

Please note, unless picli gives notice to the contrary, payment for subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the term for which you paid, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be given any refund.

You accept that the site or service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. Picli assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User communications.

Under no circumstances will the Company be responsible for any loss or damage, including any loss or damage to any User Content or personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service, any User Content or Third Party Applications, Software or Content posted on or through the Site or the Service or transmitted to Users, or any interactions between users of the Site, whether online or offline.

Picli may terminate your membership, delete your profile and any content or information that you have posted on the Site or through any Platform Application and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Service or the Site or any Platform Application (or any portion, aspect or feature of the Service or the Site or any Platform Application) for any reason, or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

When we are notified that a user has died, we will generally, but are not obligated to, keep the user's account active under a special memorialized status for a period of time determined by us to allow other users to post and view comments.
